Ordering from PlushCloset.com is easy and secure. You can order from us using either of the following methods.
Internet
Use our web site to place your order 24/7. The site is always up and changing regularly. By placing an online order your order will be immediately sent to our processing center.
Payment TOP
Credit Card
PlushCloset.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Credit card is the easiest and fastest form of payment. By placing your order and paying for it with a major credit card, we are usually able to ship within 24 hours. Just fill in your credit card information on the online form and rest assured that your confidential credit card information is being securely transferred to our payment system.
Paypal
PlushCloset.com accepts PayPal as a form of Credit Card Payments.
Money order
To accommodate customers who may not pay via PayPal, PlushCloset.com also accepts money orders. Please email plushcloset@yahoo.com to request an order form.
There is no guarantee that we will have the merchandise available when we receive your payment. However, you may place items on hold for 5 days while you mail your money order. Simply email us with your Money Order Serial Number and ask a customer service representative to hold some items for you. We will ship your merchandise upon receipt of payment. Shipping TOP
Domestic
Domestic shipping is handled by the United States Postal Service and is based on the number or items ordered. Domestic shipping includes the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note: some packages may require a signature and will not be released without a signature. The delivery of your package may be delayed if no one is present at the time of delivery.
International orders
PlushCloset.com currently does not ship internationally, but will in the near future.
Sales tax
Sales tax is only added to orders shipped to California. The general tax rate for California is 7.75%. Returns TOP
PlushCloset.com prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of the ship date. Simply fill out the return form included in your package and send us the items you would like to return/exchange.
Exchanges
PlushCloset.com is happy to exchange your merchandise for another size or even another item. We also recommend that you give us a call to hold the item(s) that you want instead. That way it won’t sell out before your original merchandise gets back to us.
Returns
PlushCloset.com recommends that you send back your return via priority mail with insurance. That way you are protected from the possibility of loss during shipping. Returns will be promptly processed upon receipt and payment in the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charge will be credited to your card or account. Please keep in mind that it takes 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your PayPal account. |
